Basic RiderCourse2-LW™ in Houston, TX
The Class
The Motorcycle Safety Foundation® (MSF) Basic RiderCourse 2-LW, is a five to six hour course held entirely on the riding range here in Houston, Texas. You'll ride your own 2-wheeled motorcycle during these courses and enhance your skill at control at low speeds, risk management, limited space maneuvers, cornering, stopping quickly in curves and in a straight line, surmounting objects and riding multiple curves. In addition, you'll complete an online ecourse that will be supplied to you when you sign up. Upon successful completion of the Basic RiderCourse 2-LW, you'll earn a Texas DPS MSB-8 certificate that will qualify you to get your M endorsement and may assist you in getting discounts on motorcycle insurance, and possibly help with ticket dismissal.

The MSF Basic RiderCourse2-LW™ is proudly offered by MRH at the Mancuso Harley-Davidson® Crossroads facility, 12710 Crossroads Park Drive, Houston, TX.
What You'll Need
- A street-ready 2-wheeled motorcycle
- A valid driver's license with a motorcycle endorsement
- Proof of valid motorcycle insurance
- A helmet manufactured to meet U.S. DOT standards
- Protective eyewear
- Motorcycling gloves
- A long-sleeved shirt or jacket
- Sturdy over-the-ankle footwear
- Jeans or motorcycling pants
