Intermediate and Experienced Riding Classes
The Total Control Intermediate Riding Clinic is for returning riders who already own a 2-wheel street legal motorcycle or scooter, or those motorcyclists at least 18 years old who have been riding for years but never obtained their motorcycle license. The Total Control Intermediate Riding Clinic is a premium one-day motorcycle training course taken on your own street legal bike that teaches the intermediate level skills needed to make you a much better rider. This course provides comprehensive skills improvement, unlike other courses that teach basic riding skills, but call it advanced training. Additionally, this course has now been approved for licensing. A premium one-day course that will meet the DPS requirements for obtaining a Texas Class M license, and with prior court approval can also suffice for ticket dismissal. $250
Total Control IRC includes, among other things:
- Throttle control
- Brake control
- Vision
- Line selection
- Low-speed turning
- Evasive maneuvers
- Road-speed turning
The TCIRC takes place only at Mancuso Harley-Davidson®/Crossroads, 12710 Crossroads Park Drive, Houston, TX, near the intersection of US290 and FM1960.
TCIRC Requirements

You must be 18 years of age or older.You must be able to perform a qualifying exercise successfully to be allowed to take the class. (Starting out from a stop smoothly, shifting gears, stopping smoothly at a designated point and turning from a stop within a defined area.)

The MSF Basic RiderCourse2-LW™
The Motorcycle Safety Foundation® (MSF) Basic RiderCourse 2-LW, is a five to six hour course held entirely on the riding range here in Houston, Texas. You'll ride your own 2-wheeled motorcycle during these courses and enhance your skill at control at low speeds, limited space maneuvers, cornering, stopping quickly in curves and in a straight line, and riding multiple curves. In addition, you'll complete an online ecourse that will be supplied to you when you sign up. Upon successful completion of the Basic RiderCourse 2-LW, you'll earn a Texas DPS MSB-8 certificate that will meet the DPS requirements for obtaining a Texas Class M license, and with prior court approval can also suffice for ticket dismissal.
